1. Acceptance

By accessing engageflow.tech, creating an account, downloading the application, joining early access, or using EngageFlow services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The Service

EngageFlow is an AI-assisted inbox and customer engagement product that may provide message drafting, translation, summarization, conversation analytics, workflow tools, and integrations with third-party communication platforms.

Features may change during early access, beta, or commercial rollout. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product direction.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and connected accounts.
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use EngageFlow to:

• Break applicable law or third-party platform terms.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, harassment, deceptive messages, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass limits, or compromise the service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to process or use.
• Use AI outputs for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions without professional review.

5. AI Outputs

AI-generated drafts, translations, summaries, and recommendations are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any message before sending it to a customer, lead, user, or third party.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for your specific use case.

6. Third-Party Platforms

EngageFlow may connect to external services such as messaging platforms, email providers, authentication services, cloud infrastructure, and AI providers. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Trials

• Free, trial, beta, and paid plans may include usage limits, feature limits, or eligibility rules.
• Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan selected unless cancelled before renewal.
• Prices, limits, and plan names may change with reasonable notice where required.
• Refunds are handled case by case unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Contact founder@engageflow.tech.

8. Intellectual Property

EngageFlow, including its software, design, branding, documentation, workflows, and service infrastructure, is owned by its founder/operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms.

You retain ownership of your own content, subject to the rights you grant us to process it for providing the service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using EngageFlow, you acknowledge that data will be processed as described there.

10. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation. Maintenance, outages, provider incidents, platform changes, or security events may affect availability.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngageFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngageFlow and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service. You may stop using EngageFlow or cancel your subscription according to the plan terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator's place of residence or business establishment, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
